Provide a reply address and enough non-secret account information to locate your account, such as your university/campus and student number. Do not send your university password, session cookies, tokens or an unredacted government-ID image.
قدّم عنوانًا للرد ومعلومات غير سرّية كافية لتحديد الحساب، مثل الجامعة والكلية والرقم الجامعي. لا ترسل كلمة مرور الجامعة أو ملفات الجلسة أو الرموز أو صورة هوية حكومية غير محجوبة.
Support verifies ownership before deletion, for example through a university-issued email already associated with the account or another proportionate verified ownership check. An unverified email alone never deletes an account. We will explain any additional verification and confirm processing; contact the same address for progress. There is no automatic unauthenticated deletion endpoint.

What deletion does · أثر الحذف
Accepted deletion immediately invalidates Unisync access, sessions and device authority. Background cleanup removes account/university identity, encrypted university credentials, academic records/snapshots/artifacts, devices/sessions, sync jobs, invites, code redemptions and associated personal notes/audit records. Legitimate Pro rewards to other students remain with your identity linkage removed. Shared course/catalog data and non-identifying campaign quota counts are not personal account data.
يلغي الحذف المقبول وصول Unisync وجلساته وصلاحية أجهزته فورًا. يزيل التنظيف الخلفي هوية الحساب والجامعة وبيانات دخول الجامعة المشفّرة والسجلات واللقطات والملفات الأكاديمية والأجهزة والجلسات ومهام المزامنة والدعوات وعمليات استخدام الأكواد والملاحظات والتدقيق الشخصي المرتبط. تبقى مكافآت Pro المشروعة للطلاب الآخرين بعد إزالة ارتباطها بهويتك. بيانات المواد العامة والأعداد الإجمالية غير المعرّفة لحصص الحملات ليست بيانات حساب شخصية.
Deletion is permanent for that Unisync account; an old session cannot restore it. It does not delete your university account, cancel university registration, or change grades. A later explicit sign-in may create a new Unisync account after deletion completes.
الحذف دائم لذلك الحساب في Unisync؛ لا تعيده جلسة قديمة. لا يحذف حساب الجامعة ولا يلغي تسجيل المواد ولا يغيّر الدرجات. قد ينشئ تسجيل دخول صريح لاحق حساب Unisync جديدًا بعد إكمال الحذف.
Limited retention and backups · الاحتفاظ المحدود والنسخ
A minimal pseudonymous deletion marker and timestamps remain for restore protection; they contain no university password, student number or email. Old data may remain in recovery backups until those copies expire. The scheduled script keeps its newest fourteen owned archives; separate/manual copies have their own lifecycle. Backups are not rewritten. Deletion reconciliation runs before restored services accept traffic, so a restore cannot permanently reactivate the deleted account. Support verification correspondence and Google Integrity processing have separate purposes/retention described in the Privacy Policy.
تبقى علامة حذف مستعارة محدودة وأوقات مرتبطة لحماية الاستعادة؛ لا تحتوي كلمة مرور الجامعة أو الرقم الجامعي أو البريد. قد تبقى بيانات قديمة في نسخ الاستعادة حتى انتهاء دورة تلك النسخ. يحتفظ السكربت المجدول بأحدث أربعة عشر أرشيفًا خاصًا به؛ للنسخ اليدوية أو المنفصلة دورة أخرى. لا تُعاد كتابة النسخ. تُطبق المصالحة قبل قبول الخدمة المستعادة للاتصالات، فلا تعيد الاستعادة تفعيل الحساب بشكل دائم. لمراسلات التحقّق للدعم ومعالجة Google Integrity أغراض واحتفاظ منفصلان كما تشرح السياسة.
